Celebrating Scholarship is the College Library's annual faculty and staff publications recognition event. The event began in 2003, and features an exhibition of works, formal reception, and catalog of publications. Beginning in 2015, the printed catalog was transformed into a web-based LibGuide. The Franklin and Marshall College Library’s Altick Prize recognizes the best undergraduate research paper or project substantially based on Archives & Special Collections primary research material. Established in 2015, the $500 annual prize is named in honor of F&M alumnus and former professor Richard D. Altick ’36.

Student Research Fairs Collection

Student research fairs at Franklin and Marshall College provide students with the opportunity to showcase and share their work with the F&M community and beyond. The College holds two annual fairs: the Autumn Research Fair and the Closer Look Research Fair in the spring. The fairs include both poster sessions and oral presentations. The Student Research Fairs Collection provides online access to posters and presentations from the fairs, beginning with the 2016 Autumn Research Fair. It also includes programs from the fairs.
